Welcome to EMC Document Sciences' Customer Support Portal. We hope you'll enjoy using its many new features, including:
Product/version-specific case tracking: Now when opening cases, you can simply refer to the application about which you are contacting us. Product and version information for each application or group of applications will be pre-stored within the system.
Easy to use interface: View, print and/or export your case listings and easily update case information.
More communications options: Communicate with support via e-mail, the Support Portal or through the simple, no log-in required case update form. All of these communications are automatically logged to the case history.
Searchable Knowledgebase: This feature replaces the "Find Solutions" query feature, and allows you to search for technical tips, answers to your questions, and articles on a wide variety of topics.
