Listening to the Voice of Customers

One of the best ways to improve our products/services is through listening to you - our customer. Your input allows us to clearly understand your business needs, allowing us to provide solutions that truly solve your business problems.

Each request should include a statement of the business problem in as much detail as is necessary to describe the issue, along with a recommended solution/enhancement. Following submission of the Enhancement Request, you will be sent a confirmation email that includes an enhancement request number for future reference. You are encouraged to provide supporting documentation such as use cases or screen shots via the Solution Support Coordinator at support@docscience.com once you have received your enhancement request number. Please reference this number in your communication.

Enhancement requests are reviewed during normal product planning cycles by the EMC Document Sciences planning team. Requests that are approved during a planning cycle will be scheduled into the release being planned. Some requests require more formal planning such as a formal business case or a QFD study.

Customers can check on the status of their requests by contacting EMC Document Sciences Solution Support. Please reference the enhancement request number when checking the status.
