ACORD
Based in New York, ACORD (Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development) is a global, nonprofit insurance association whose mission is to facilitate the development and use of standards for the insurance, reinsurance and related financial services industries. With offices in London as well, ACORD standards and services improve efficiency and expand market reach.
Document Management Alliance
The Document Management Alliance (DMA) is both an organization and a specification. The DMA specification defines software component interfaces that enable uniform search and access to documents stored in multi-vendor document management systems. The DMA organization includes more than 60 user and vendor companies working together as a task force of AIIM to define interoperability specifications that meet the requirements of enterprise document management systems.
EMC Document Sciences User Group
The EMC Document Sciences User Group encourages and facilitates the exchange of information among fellow EMC Document Sciences software users who share common interests. The membership has a direct communication channel to EMC Document Sciences Corporation and the User Group Board of Directors. EMC Document Sciences looks forward to continuing the advancement and effective utilization of EMC Document Sciences products and services to its user community worldwide. LOMA
Founded in 1924, LOMA is an international association through which more than 1,200 insurance and financial services companies from over 80 countries engage in research and educational activities to improve company operations. LOMA members are involved in life and health insurance, managed care, annuities, pensions, banking, bancassurance, securities, and other financial services areas.

Open XML Formats Developer Group
EMC Document Sciences is a founding member of the Open XML Formats Developer Group as a founding member. Initially composed of 40 organizations from around the world, the Open XML Formats Developer Group provides a community for developers to exchange technical information regarding the use of Ecma International-developed Office Open XML file formats.

PODi
Formed in 1996, PODi is a not for profit industry consortium whose charter is to foster the growth of the digital printing industry through market and standards development activities. PODi constantly monitors market and technology trends in the industry, and shares information through seminars, independent research, white papers, articles and the web.
Xplor
EMC Document Sciences is a corporate member of Xplor, the worldwide not-for-profit professional association which represents the 2,900 organizations that develop and use the technology of the U.S. $124-billion document systems industry. The mission of Xplor is to deliver forums, programs and services to enable the effective use of documents in achieving business objectives.
